Leron Goddard, violist

Leron Goddard is currently a 8th grader at Colonial Middle School.  Leron plays the viola. He’s been playing the viola for about 4-6.He joined Primavera Fund in 2022. He currently studies with Nina Wilkinson. Leron went to PIMF in the summer. At PIMF, he took a  lesson with Buchard Tang, member  of the Philadelphia orchestra.  Leron is currently in PRYSM an orchestra branch under PYOMI. PRYSM specializes in improving orchestral skills. He plans to audition for YMDO next year.

 He chose the viola because he likes the lower strings  rather than the upper strings. Cello was out of the question because his older brother Gevon plays that and didn’t want to play the same instrument as him. Leron feels like he is the “neutral ” person so, viola is the middle voice so why not. Besides music, Leron likes to play video games. In college, Leron wants to double major in music and engineering.
