Makai Bowman, Violin

Makai Bowman, a remarkably talented 14-year-old violinist, is causing waves of excitement at Carver E & S High School. Despite growing up without a dedicated violin teacher, for the most part he reached his current skill level through an assortment of videos and hours of practice . His passion for music is striking, and in 7th grade he was the sole representative from his school in the all-city middle school orchestra, thanks to Primavera Alumni Gia Angelo for introducing him.  She is also to thank for discovering Primavera. Beyond music, he excels in track and field and showcases artistic versatility. Makai is more than just a musician; he represents a fusion of passions and boundless potential. His journey is an inspiring testament to youthful determination and ambition.
